Introduction: Grades 1-2. Engaging flow state, perfect trim & buoyancy control, breath awareness, white water basics - May include SSI River Diver Certification.

Advanced: Grades 2-3. Fast current, dynamic movement & navigation, continuous white water rapids, active environmental risk management.

Pro: Grades 3-4. Dive leader competency development, professional level safety and hazard management planning, site analysis, rescue skills, guiding / mental skills coaching. Powerful rapids, eddies and vortexal water movement.
